Valley Commercial Service was founded in 1937 by Edward Anton Sr. as Valley Refrigeration. Originally based in Elmwood, Cincinnati, Edward built the company around a simple principle: serve local businesses with dependable refrigeration service and stay close enough to respond quickly. The “Valley” name reflects Cincinnati’s identity as the “City of Seven Hills.”
Over the decades, Valley’s leadership evolved with the business. Long-time owner and industry leader Ken Anton guided the company for many years, strengthening its capabilities and customer relationships throughout the Tri-State area.
In 2020, ownership transitioned to Sean Hulgin, a seasoned industry professional who had been with Valley since the late 1980s. Under Sean’s leadership, the company continues to combine its long tradition of technical excellence with modern service delivery standards.
