This index is provided to facilitate regulatory, carrier, and compliance review. Each section below addresses commonly reviewed requirements including consent, opt-in, opt-out, fees, privacy, internal use, and non-marketing restrictions.


These Terms of Service govern the use of Valley Commercial Service’s SMS messaging system, which is provided solely for internal operational communication with employees using company-owned and company-managed mobile devices.

Use of this messaging system is incidental to employment and is not a consumer service, subscription offering, public subscription, or marketing platform.


Scope of Messaging

The SMS messaging system is used exclusively for internal business operations and employee communications. Messages are not sent to the public and are not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.

Messages may include, but are not limited to:


By accepting employment, being issued a company-owned mobile device, and participating in operational duties, employees provide express consent to receive SMS messages related to business operations.

Consent is obtained through employment agreements, onboarding materials, and device issuance procedures.

Participation is limited to authorized employees.


Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs and on-call scheduling requirements. Messages may be sent as needed, including outside normal business hours.


Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply in accordance with mobile carrier and regulatory requirements.

All devices used in this messaging system are owned, managed, and paid for by Valley Commercial Service. Any applicable charges are borne by the company.

This disclosure is included for compliance purposes.


Opt-Out and Assistance

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, employees may reply HELP or contact management.

Opting out may limit delivery of time-sensitive operational information. Re-enrollment may occur through management.


Message Delivery

Message delivery is dependent on mobile carrier networks and third-party infrastructure. Valley Commercial Service does not guarantee delivery timing.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.


Limitation of Use

The SMS messaging system may not be used for personal, promotional, advertising, political, or non-business communication.

Misuse may result in corrective action.


Modification or Termination

Valley Commercial Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the messaging system at any time.


Compliance Notice

These Terms are maintained to document compliance with carrier, regulatory, and messaging platform requirements, including A2P 10DLC standards.

They are not intended to create consumer rights beyond those required by law.
